In a talk he gave on 3ABN ( @3abn ), SDA pastor John Lomacang asserts that Protestantism has been hijacked by apostates and postulates that the SDA Church is the true expression of Protestantism unstained.
It provides a perfect example for us to look at some of the historical revisionism that takes place within Adventism due to the Great Controversy Theme informing all areas of Adventist thought—in this case, surrounding the Protestant Reformation and what it means to be Protestant. Protestantism has most certainly been hijacked, just not in the way Mr. Lomacang thinks.
