Last year Seventh-Day Adventist Church president Ted Wilson gave a presentation on why there are various denominations—providing a perfect example of the confusion that exists within the SDA Church regarding Christians. As we will see, this misunderstanding is a necessary one for their “Remnant Church” and “Protestants are Babylon” talking points to be true.
The SDA Church wants to assure us that they “only believe the Bible” and that “scripture is supreme,” but what that really means is, “We believe the Bible so long as it is translated by the writings of Ellen White.” We examine the SDA Church’s usage of Revelation 6:1-4 in light of their published materials regarding how the bible is to be translated by means of Ellen G. White.
